Reservations can be made online, by fax, or by mail using the APS housing form.
To take advantage of the special rates for APS, book your reservation by April 4, 2008. APS cannot guarantee rates and availability at the convention hotels after April 4, 2008. After this date, the official APS room blocks will be released and the hotels may charge significantly higher rates. Reservation requests must be sent directly to the APS Housing Bureau through May 1, 2008. Do not send the housing form to APS headquarters or individual conference hotels; this will delay processing your request.
A credit card guarantee of one night's room and tax is required with each reservation request. Housing forms received without a valid credit card will be returned and will not be processed. Credit cards must be valid through May 2008 to be considered a proper guarantee. No cash or check deposits will be accepted.
Continue to make, modify, or cancel reservations through May 1, 2008, via the APS Housing Bureau by Internet, fax, mail, or e-mail (Housing@visittampabay.com). After this date, direct all changes to the designated hotel. Reservations can be modified or cancelled without penalty before April 4, 2008. After this date and up to 72 hours prior to arrival, cancellations will be charged a $25 processing fee. Any cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to one night's room and tax penalty.

Simply call (or have your travel agent call) our Special Meeting Desk at 800/521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 550KO to receive a 2%-15% discount off applicable fares. If you purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an additional 5% discount (on most classes of service). Taxi/Shuttle Transportation
The Marriott Tampa Waterside and Embassy Suites are approximately 9 miles or 15-20 minutes from the Tampa International Airport. The Blue-One Shuttle service is recommended to/from the airport for $12 per person each way. Arrangements can be made at 813/333-3598. A taxi to/from the airport is approximately $22 single ride, each way.
